Now, we're personally gratified to see that the dim bulb, currently under arrest, who brought a BB gun to a real gunfight, learned an important lesson. Bad guys, beware, there are armed citizens out there!
The point of this post, though, is to get you to watch our intrepid storekeeper, and count how many times he nearly got shot with own gun. Of course, the ending of the video, where the clerk gives the bad guy a swift kick in the pants is priceless. We're of the opinion that when you've got separation by distance going for you, don't give it up. We're also of the opinion that you never, ever, touch the bad guy with your gun. I'll leave the shoot/don't shoot opinions to you. The situation is complicated. Did the clerk know it was a BB gun? Considering the butt whupping the clerk delivered, did he even have to show his gun? You watch, you decide. We know precisely what we would have done, and a ride in the coroner's van would have been a very likely outcome for the robber.
