Texas Self-Defense: Man shot; shooter claims self-defense :: 09/19/2018
A Brazos River Acres man claimed self-defense when he shot a man who he said was trying to run him over with a vehicle, Sheriff Roger Deeds said.
The man was being airlifted to a hospital late Tuesday morning.
The shooter remained on the scene and even helped perform CPR, Deeds said. The shooting occurred on Cattle Drive Court at the shooter’s residence, the sheriff said.
