Michael Luttig of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in 1995 and William Rehnquist, Chief Justice of the United States in 1996.”
When he left the Court, he went into private practice, where he worked on cases for the NRA. Under President Bush, Cruz was as an associate deputy attorney general in the U.S. Justice Department. In short he’s uniquely qualified to be . . .
