Katz: People Who Are Anti-Second Amendment Will Use Your Children Against You :: 01/22/2019
James and Julie are foster parents who are suing their state of residence over a law that precludes adoption by persons who carry or own loaded, functional firearms.
WIBC host Tony Katz warned listeners Monday about how the anti-Second Amendment movement will use your children against you:
"They hate the Second Amendment; they think if you own a gun you are some kind of animal, and somehow it's wrong for a child to be near somebody who owns, possesses or controls a firearm.
...That somehow they think this is keeping foster children safe is pathetic.
...You know how they're going to get your gun [if they repeal the Second Amendment]? They're going to hold your kid at school one day. They're going to pick up your kid from school and hold him and tell you, 'If you want your children, bring your kids to such and such address."
