Gun Law Reciprocity: If you're legal to carry in one state, you are legal to carry in all states.
While many states are fighting tooth and nail to restrict gun owners and gun ownership in any way possible, other states are opening the door to less restrictive policies.
The increasing divergence in gun laws from state to state has created many problems for gun owners as they cross state lines. They often assume that the Second Amendment rights they took for granted in the state they left would apply in the state they just entered.
When this is not the case, gun owners have ended up in jail, court, and paying fines for actions they believed were protected by our Second Amendment.
